Why can I trust Global Pharmacy?
We are an independent Pharmacy and we manage, dispense and deliver all medications across the UK. We specialise in the delivery of medication to an address appropriate for you, whether that's your home or work address. Our team are made up of fully qualified pharmacists, dispensing technicians and a welcoming customer services team, that are devoted to managing your prescriptions efficiently.
Who delivers my medicines?
Your medicines will either be delivered by a local delivery driver or by Royal Mail in plain, discreet packaging. We will let you know when we dispatch your medicines and Royal Mail may send you an email or text message on the day of delivery to let you know when your parcel will arrive.
Is delivery always free?
Yes there will always be FREE delivery for all our NHS prescriptions.
What will happen if I'm out when my delivery arrives?
We are able to deliver to any address whether that's to your home, your place of work, to a carer or neighbour. If you are out a card will be left so you can arrange re-delivery for free.
Can I still nominate Global Pharmacy if I have already nominated another pharmacy?
Yes absolutely. The NHS EPS service allows you to nominate where your GP sends your prescription at any time, making it more convenient for you.
What if my surgery doesn't allow pharmacies to order my prescriptions on my behalf?
Some surgeries will not allow any pharmacy or third parties to order prescriptions on behalf of their patients. Please call us on 0114 3273033 to check this for you, but if this is the case - don't worry! We'll still remind you when you need to order your prescription. Simply order as normal and your doctor will send us your prescription electronically. We'll deliver your medicines to you, for free to your chosen address.
